Easter Treats

It’s almost Easter and I haven’t had the time to really make a single thing to celebrate the occasion.

The most delicious Neapolitan Cake inspired by Rosie from Sweetopolita 

 My cake isn’t nearly as lovely as hers but it was pretty yummy!  (More on this cake in a later post)  but a perfect dessert for Easter!

(and FYI, it’s a bad idea to make swiss meringue buttercream and then break the butter down into servings and realize how much butter you’ve consumed in a few servings of cake…bad bad bad!)
