Banana Split Cupcakes

March 26, 2011

Sweet Banana Cake

Crushed Pineapple and strawberries hidden inside

Vanilla Whipped Cream

Rich Chocolate Ganache

And a Cherry on top!

I’m not going to give you the recipe for this masterpiece.

I have a fussy 4 week old boy that would much prefer I dance with him but I am going to send you to Annie’s Eats for the great recipe!

Just click HERE

I used just half a recipe and it made me 18 cupcakes, so unless you’ve got a huge crowd to feed I’d suggest cutting the recipe in half.

You’ll be thankful you gave these ones a try!
