Merry Christmas!

I made a Croquembouche for Christmas Eve dessert!

 French Pate Choux piped into puffs and filled with delicious chocolate and vanilla custardy cream and stuck together with carmelized sugar 🙂

I will come back and update the post with the recipe but if you’re desperate to make one right now, I used Gale Gand’s recipe from the food network.

      Thanks Vince! It wasn’t as hard as I had anticipated, just a lot of steps and a lot of time and they tasted delicious!
