Cheap and Easy – Kettle Corn
This isn’t just regular old popcorn.
It’s sweet and salty and super delicious and you can make it in 5 minutes!
You don’t even have to measure anything 🙂
- 4 tbsp Canola oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- sea salt
Grab a large pot with a lid and put it on the stove over medium/high heat.
Put oil in the pot.
Add the popcorn kernels.
Put the lid on.
Throw on some oven mitts.
Swirl and shake the pot over the heat, if you find it’s getting too hot you can reduce the heat once the popcorn begins to pop.
When it’s finished popping and the pot is full, dump it into a large bowl and add some salt.
They’ll eat the whole bowl!
